We'll get you to Psarou and Elia while the loungers are still cool, hold your table for the afternoon, and slip inland to Ano Mera when the coast gets loud — the monastery, the village square, a plate of something your host's aunt makes better than anyone. Late afternoon we climb to the Armenistis lighthouse for a sundown with no crowd in it, then drop you at the edge of Chora as the lanes light up. Boat to sacred Delos in the morning? Say the word and it's arranged before breakfast.
